What membership is for

The free pages explain each discipline, tool and standard properly, but reading is not the same as doing. Membership is the step between reading and a full course: lessons that go deeper, demonstrations you can watch as many times as you need, worksheets you can download and assessments that tell you what you have actually understood.

It lives inside the student account you can already create. Your shortlist, requests and progress stay in one place, and the same sign-in opens the lessons when membership starts.

What it will cover

  • Online lessons that go deeper than the free discipline pages
  • Video demonstrations of acquisitions, examinations and tool workflows
  • Downloadable worksheets, checklists and report templates
  • Assessments and practical exercises with feedback
  • Progress tracking and records in the student dashboard
  • Course completion certificates where DFRTI authorises them

Published only when confirmed

DFRTI does not list a price, a duration or an entitlement it has not approved. These five things will appear on this page together, on the day membership opens.

  • Who each option is for

Students, working professionals, people who want one specialist course and institutions that train a team.

  • What each option includes

Which lessons, videos, downloads and assessments come with it and what stays outside it.

  • Validity and renewal

How long access lasts, how renewal works and what happens to your records afterwards.

  • Price

Published only when DFRTI confirms it, with GST shown. No price is quoted before that.

  • Cancellation and refunds

The policy that applies to membership, which may differ from the course refund policy.

Questions people ask

Can I join now?

Not yet. Membership is being prepared and nothing is on sale. You can create a free student account today, read every knowledge page and shortlist courses, and the account will be where membership lives when it opens.

How much will it cost?

DFRTI has not confirmed the price. This page will show it, with GST, when it is confirmed. Anyone who registers interest is told first.

Will the free pages stay free?

Yes. The discipline pages, tool profiles, standards guides and insights stay open to everyone. Membership adds lessons, videos, downloads and assessments; it does not take anything away.

Is membership the same as a course?

No. Courses are structured programmes with a mentor and lab work, online or on campus, and lead to DFRTI certifications. Membership is self-paced online learning inside your account. The two are meant to work together.

Will paid lessons be visible to search engines or other visitors?

No. Lesson content is served only to signed-in members with the right access, checked on the server. Titles and short descriptions appear in search; the lessons themselves do not.

Want to know when it opens?

Register your interest with a counsellor. You will hear first, with the options and the price, and nothing is charged until you choose to join.
