5. PAYMENTS, FEES & BILLING

5.1 Payment Terms

  1. All course fees, certification fees and training fees:

    1. Must be paid in full
    2. Are processed through secure third-party gateways
    3. Are non-transferable

5.2 Refund & Cancellation

DFRTI follows its official Refund & Cancellation Policy (available on the website).

  7. Misuse certification data
  8. Submit false identity or credentials
  9. Upload malicious code, malware or exploits
  10. Extract or scrape DFRTI content

DFRTI follows strict forensic-grade monitoring for security breaches.

Violations may lead to:

  1. Account suspension
  2. Certification revocation
  3. Legal action
  4. Reporting to authorities

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DFRTI is not liable for:

  1. System downtime
  2. Loss of data due to user actions
  3. Misuse of forensic tools
  4. Third-party platform outages
  5. Incorrect information submitted by users
  6. Delays due to technical or network issues
